Am I Required to use Goodlawyer Pricing?
Yes, Goodlawyer pricing must be used for all Fixed Fee Services when applicable.
Lawyers may choose between Basic and Complex pricing depending on the level of customization required.
Custom services can be used when the service is not covered or is beyond Goodlawyer’s Fixed Fee menu.
Understanding the Quote/Service Breakdown
Legal fees = the amount paid to the lawyer for the legal service performed over the Platform.
Service fees = Amount paid to Goodlawyer by the customer. Includes a variable % service fee on each line item, plus a flat $39 booking fee per transaction. Pros pay half of this aggregate fee.

What is Rush Job Pricing?
Rush job pricing is to be used when a client needs a quicker-than-average file turnaround. In the past, we have had lawyers charge a rush fee for same-day/next-day commercial lease reviews. The average “Rush Fee” is 30%.
If you encounter a Client requesting a Rush Job, please contact the Legal Concierge™ Team immediately and we can assist with coming up with a fair rate of pay for expediting a job.
